These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between rummy ("Platform", "we", "us") and registered users of this website ("Member", "you"). By accessing this website, creating an account, or using any service, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them.

The meanings of certain important terms used in this document are given below:

3.1 Deposits

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are usually completed within 5 to 30 minutes. Withdrawals can only be made via the same method used for the deposit — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay.

3.3 Verification

For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,500, and before withdrawing, you must place bets totalling ৳1,500 × 15 = ৳22,500.

4.2 Other Promotions

From time to time, rummy runs various offers — such as weekly reload bonuses, Friday sports offers, live casino special bonuses, birthday rewards, and referral bonuses. Each offer has its own wagering requirements and validity period.

4.3 Bonus Usage Rules

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly as cash — withdrawal is only possible after wagering has been completed.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time — the next one can only be activated after the current one is finished.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, rummy reserves the right to cancel the bonus without investigation.
• To receive a bonus, the individual terms of each promotion must be met.

4.4 Wagering Calculation

Bets on all games may not count equally toward wagering requirements. Contribution rates may vary by game category. Please refer to the terms of each offer for details.

5.1 Bet Validity

A bet is considered final only when the system has successfully confirmed it. Bets that are partially processed due to network issues or server errors will be treated as void and the relevant amount will be refunded.

5.2 Odds Changes

If odds change after a bet has been placed, the odds at the time of placing the bet will be considered final. However, rummy reserves the right to cancel bets placed at clearly incorrect odds resulting from an error.

5.3 Match Cancellation or Postponement

If a sporting event is cancelled or ends before its scheduled time, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes will be refunded. For live in-play matches, results may be valid once a specified portion of play has been completed — the rules for each sport apply separately.

5.4 Slots and Casino Games

Games from registered software providers (including Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Evolution, and others) are operated using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The outcome of each round is independent and previous results have no effect on future results.

rummy's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. The weekly cashback rate differs at each tier:

• Bronze — Up to 0.2% cashback on weekly net losses.
• Silver — Up to 0.5% cashback on weekly net losses.
• Gold — Up to 0.8% cashback on weekly net losses.
• Platinum — Up to 1.0% cashback on weekly net losses.

Example: if a Gold member has a total net loss of ৳20,000 in one week, they will receive ৳20,000 × 0.8% = ৳160 cashback. This is the maximum amount receivable at that tier. VIP tier advancement is determined based on consistency of play and activity. A VIP tier once earned may be reviewed if the account remains inactive for a specified period.

7.1 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses.
• Playing using bots, automation software, or any form of manipulation.
• Using another person's account or granting access to a third party without authorisation.
• Exploiting technical errors on the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Conducting money laundering or suspicious financial activity.

7.2 Consequences

If any of the above violations are detected, rummy may suspend or permanently close the account without notice and forfeit the balance. The right to take legal action in cases of proven fraud is also reserved.

7.3 Voluntary Account Closure

If you wish to close your account, notify the support team by email or live chat. Before the account is closed, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw any eligible balance (funds for which wagering has been completed).
